BreastStroke Technique

Breast Stroke Technique 

Breaststroke Style is the easiest and quickest to learn. But in terms of speed, this style is the style of the slowest.A. Leg movementsa. Bent legs (knees bent / bent)b. Then kick / straighten your legs with your legs open position (left foot and right foot away from each other)c. Still in a straight leg position, then the foot pressed together (to the left and right foot slightly in contact .. this will add impetus)Repeat steps a - c above
So the breaststroke leg motion sequence is:1) bending, kick, close,2) bending, kick, close,and so on.

2. Hand movementsa. Starting position, arms straight above your head (both palms together & stick)b. Then drag the hand to the right and left side, but do not have too far to the side (just drag it to the side shoulder width apart and drag down the rest)c. Straighten your back hand.Repeat steps a - c above
So the sequence of hand movements breaststroke this:1) straighten your arms above your head, move your hand to the left and right,2) straighten your arms above your head, move your hand to the left and right,and so on.

3. Movement of a combination of hand, foot and take a breather- Movement of the hands and feet performed alternately.- Intake of breath is done when the hand movements to the left and right, then head up to the top while taking a breather

Tips:1) When starting to learn the hand holding on to the pool, then move the foot as above. Do it until smooth
2) Then you can ask a friend to hold your hand, so you can cross the pond to move the legs and arms still held your friends. For children, parents / coaches can do this pool.
Nb.Legs often do not float on the surface of the water, but too far down .. this is because the head does not get in the water.Therefore, when practicing this leg as well as a means to train movements will head to take a breather. After smoothly, start to improve your breaststroke swimming style.
